After a preschool visit to Wasatch Mtn Park with Kate's little neighborhood preschool, I decided to take the kids one night while Steve was gone. It was a great evening: picnic dinner, lots of ducks all to ourselves, a little "hike," and decent fall weather.

This has been one of our favorite family nights since before we even had kids. Especially in the fall when it is beautiful! Those ducks are funny though. Sometimes they are starving and rush you the minute you get out of the car and other times they won't eat a bite.
